I am a nursing mama to my 4 1/2 month old, Jolie. I have been on the program now for 5 weeks and am down 13 lbs. The food is great - making it easy to follow. My milk supply has NOT been affected and I am enjoying a the idea of being at a healthier weight by the end of the year.
Not sure if you're nursing or not but just make sure that you eat all of your "scheduled" foods and drink plenty of water.

Hi Katey,
My name is Audrey. I've been on JC for 3 weeks now. I'm down 8 lbs and feeling great about it. I have a 3 1/2 month old name Kyomi. I am also breastfeeding and it seems to be going well. I need to loose pregnancy weigh plus more. Just go for it!!! The one thing I think that is really helping is the cardio exercising that I've been doing. However, I must say someday i just don't want to do anything. The food is pretty good. I've found out that I don't like the anytime bars (give a lot of GAS) so I do pria bars or add a milk or yogurt as substitute. I also don't like the soup for the same reasons. Good luck!!!!
