I am very happy to report that after plateauing for the past few weeks, I lost 2.4# this week. It is a good reminder that if we all stick with the program eventually it will pay off! Have a great week everyone.

Hey guys, I've maintained all this week so you can continue my same weight. I'm ok with that because I've had a stressful couple weeks and this is the first week I've done exercise (today!) so I'm getting back on the horse and hope for a loss next week!

I probably won't get to my goal of half-way sad.gif but I will aim for my 5% by July 4th!




165 = Mani-Pedi
158 = Spa treatment
150 = Treat myself to a wardrobe consultant!

Had my WIN this afternoon,
I'm another 3 down!
That's puts my current weight to 222.8!
2.8 away from my goal for the challenge!

Congrats Marchee and Nanci. Breakaway--maintaining means you didn't gain--which is an accomplishment. If you are kicking up your exercise I am sure you will lose this week.
There is a little over 2 weeks left until the 4th of July. I don't think I will reach my goal, but would love to be in the 130s!. So, my weekend plan is to exercise, drink lots of water, eat my planned food, and keep my head where it belongs.

Hi Everyone - sounds like we're still on track and doing great - a week of maintenance is better than a gain to I see that as a good thing!

I only lost one lb last week after losing at least 2 or more every week but 20 lbs down in 6 weeks is awesome so I'll take it!

I'm at 156 now so two away from my challenge goal weight and I'm sure I'll make it. I'm going out of town on Thursday and will be gone for 6 days to visit my son in Phoenix. I planned my menus around the travel menu and am taking all of my food with me. We might eat at once or twice but I'm pretty confiden I'll make good choices.

It's not my "official" weight, but my scale this morning said 161! This is totally do-able! Everyone is making great progress! Congrats to all for sticking with the challenge!

I'm still on my plateau, I gained .4 this week. I start the gym this week with a trainer and I'm going to Zumba classes.

Well, since we've been using the Center's scale to track, put me down at 162.8 but my scale at home and my Wii Fit both said 159!! (at 6am this morning before food!)
