Anybody have any ideas of what to do with the Styrofoam coolers we get every two weeks? I don't think we can recycle them and they are stacking up in my basement.

I always take mine to my local seafood shop. The gentleman who owns the shops loves them for big orders. Plus, when I start maintenance, I might get a extra scallop or two.

Hi, you could use them when you go camping or picnic. Also they would be good for storing things in or if you know of anybody or organization that could use them.

I put a post on "Free stuff" on Craigslist and found a lovely woman in my town who was thrilled to come pick them up every other week.

My city takes styrofoam in our recycling program. Yay!

With the holiday season approaching I've been stacking up my coolers in the garage and I am going to wrap them as presents and use them as decoration for our municipal borough Christmas tree.
