breakAWAY, you are an AMAZING person! Seriously. You are doing soooo good. You should be very proud of yourself for finding alternatives to your problems and stress. Very good choices! Keep up the good work. And remember, this too shall pass. It will. You know you can and will get through this trying time. Your inner strength is amazing. Sometimes we don't even know we are capable of some things until we are put in those situations. Keep up the good work.
Congrats to you Jenny for losing! Like you said, you'll reach your goal. Whether it takes 6 weeks or 6 months, be proud of your progress.
Welcome April!
I had a WI today and lost 1.4 pounds, which is really good for me. BUT, I started late in this challenge. Please mark me down for a loss of 0.4 pounds.
Have a wonderful evening and a wonderful tomorrow!!

Nanci: Imperceptable is right, hang in there and bit by bit you'll get where you want to be.
Char: "it's like the food doesn't have control of me like it used to"... Yes! This is about regaining control of this aspect of our lives again. It is so great to have support.
Efer: Welcome! We would love to have you join us.

I went in for my WIN this afternoon, and I'm down another 1.6!!
That was all I needed to put me at 40 lbs down from my start date on JC!
I'm soooo excited about it!!!
I changed around my rewards a bit. lol.. I can't afford an Ipod right now, so I moved it to my NEXT goals reward so I can have some more time to save my money. hahah
So instead, now I'm getting a new piercing! woot! lol
Don't know what yet, I'm gonna think on that some more.
So, my 1.6 puts me at:
SW: 230.4
CW: 225.8
GW: 220! soooo attainable!
hope everyone's doing fabulously!
Talk soon!

Thanks for the kind words. really.
I'm getting a piercing in my ear, possibly a body piercing too actually.
I want so many. That I can't choose just one! LOL.
Honestly, I don't have a secret.
I'm eating the food as they say, only ever adding an ounce of cheese over on the days that I'm extremely hungry after a workout.
I work out between 2-3 times a week. ranging from My step class, to Hot yoga, to regular yoga, to the toning ball workout from JC, and just walking. It really is just a mishmash of whatever I feel like doing that week.
Other than that. It must be the working two jobs and constantly moving.
Unless of course, when I'm not at work, or winding down at home on these forums!
I TRY getting a decent sleep in every night, (*at least 5-6 hours is GREAT for me!*)
Although Try is the operative word.
I drink water all the time. (I go through 2-3 of the filter bottles from JC at work alone. More at the gym*)
That's what seems to be working for me.
I'm just looking at it in a whole new light.
I think that's the BIGGEST thing I'm doing.
I'm focusing on me, and the changes I'm seeing in myself.
Every time I see a positive change on the scale, it drives me to continue, and when I'll see a gain, it'll drive me to get back on track and do better.
I'm positive it'll work this time around.
Plus, whenever I get down, or feel like it's really hard, I go back to that note I wrote under Motivation, and it just reiterates Why I'm doing this.
I guess those are my secretS
I hope you're having a great week!
I think I'm definetely going to be able to get to my goal for this challenge.
Talk soon!
p.s. thanks again lady!
You made me smile!

Hi everyone,
I am new to boards and need to know how to make all the cute tickers! My posts will be boring until I figure things out. Anyway, It's working. I had a good week. Tons of exercise and was pretty on track. It's the next two weeks that have several special occasions happening, I'm already freaking out in advance! Here's hoping everyone has a good week this week.
