I am having a bad week. I am going up and down... we'll see what Saturday brings. That's my official weighin date. With pigging out twice (first cheese and then chocolate torte) I am not expecting much of a loss....
But.... in order to get some more excercise I decided to buy a bike today and instead of taking the bus every morning I will ride my bike to work. Afterall it's all downhill from home to the office. And on my way back I am allowed to sweat since I can stink like skunk when coming home - noone will care!

It's 20-30 min each way and I am sure it will be a great workout and take off the stress from work and get me to a healthy and happy level when I am home!
We'll see... but now I am broke and have to be really careful with spending!
