Congrats Cindy and Nanci on your weight loss.
I lost 0.6 this week. Not bad, as I couldn't exercise because of bronchitis.
How did everyone else do?

Can I join the challenge too?
I think it'd be great for me to have something to hold me accountable.
If you want, I can give you my starting weight as of last week, with last weeks loss, and just pretend I started last week.
Or we can start me off as of right now.
If you're okay with that.
I'll give you both sets of info now, so if it's cool. We can just start asap.
If we go as if I started last week.
Starting weight 230.4
Goal Weight 220
And so the update would be.
SW:230.4
CW:229.4
GW:220
Or we can just start me from this weeks starting weight
229.4
with my goal being 220.
Let me know what you think the best course of action would be.

I had my WI today and am down just over a pound. Yay! I'm especially pleased because on Tuesday morning I was actually up after Memorial Day (I know, I know, I shouldn't have peeked).
Here is the latest:
Challenge Start Weight - 150.5
Current Weight - 149.4
Challenge Goal Weight - 141.5
Congrats everyone on a great week. Breakaway I'm sure you are right that your number next week will be really great when TOM has passed.

Just had my WIN earlier this afternoon
and i'm down another 2 pounds!
that puts me at 227.4 as of today.

I went up as I predicted 1.4. I'm at 143.4 now.....this humidity is killing my diet, first time I've gained in three months......better luck next week.

I still have 8-10 pounds to go - Realistically, I think I'd be happy to make it to the 160's. But I will stick to the food the best I can for the next 4 weeks and see what happens - I know it's not a race, but that impatient side of me gets the better of me sometimes.
It's been really hard because I'm really burned out with grad school and work. But I know I've been doing better as far as not eating everytime I feel stressed. The fact that I'm losing weight during stressful times NEVER happened before. I could tell you when I had lots of stress every time I gained 10 pounds at a time!
I had one win today. I put on a pair of my size 10 jeans (that I could wear last year but just 2 months ago I couldn't button them) and I just wore them in public with no muffin top!! I was able to sit down and feel comfortable in them. So I KNOW I'm making progress.

I am just now getting online today though I am on week four. I was wondering if it is too late to join the challenge? It might help me lose 8 lbs if I could. I will understand if it is too late.
