what seems to be the problem with JC. I love the food and the weight loss is coming off slowly now than before, but I am pretty much sticking to it when I possibly can. Support is there when you can find it.
Its made me feel a lot better for the 30+ lbs I have lost so far, I can breathe without panting and I can stand up longer. The best is I can do things I wasn't able to do at the beginning of the year. Jenny is great. Do your best and the best will come your way.

Hey Cajun girl.
Hope you're doing well. I don't know how to add you as a friend. I jus started my third week. I'm down almost 8 lbs. How are you liking the food. I'm not thrilled with it but it's nice to not have to weigh and measure all my meals. Let me know how you're doing.

Hey Barb.... I really like enjoy the food (but God knows, and the scale proves I'll eat anything...LOL). I'm on day 2 and so far have done quite well with the meals, snacks and water... ha, my co-workers now think I work in the ladies room!

I love JC, but have to admit I have my favorite and not-so-favorite meals. However, some of my favs are the very meals that often get bashed here on the forum!! I have tried them all (except the salmon) and now just sub a meal if I really don't like it. So....if it is the food you are not gung ho about, just swap what you don't like for the things that you do like. If you aren't getting enough food, don't forget to volumize and add free veggies, SF Jello etc.
If you don't like you counselor, find a new one here and just use your JCC for weigh in and food orders. There are a lot of people here who have had great success and you may be able to find somebody that matches your style and approach better. Just reach out to that person and hopefully you can find the support you need with them.
One other thing - this forum is just like the real world. When you post, expect honest unfiltered opinions in return, whether you want them or not, unless you specify how you want your replies to be (ie - I need hugs or I need the honest in-your-face truth). Some are offended and some need exactly what offends others - there is something for everybody and that is what makes this place special. Just take what you need and disregard what doesn't motivate/help you! BTW, I need it in my face, so I tend to be that way too, disregard me if you need to!!
Don't forget to read your books and if you can, get 100 Days of Weight Loss by Linda Spangle, it has really helped a lot of us!

I've stayed very faithful to my menu, but last nite... I swear, I had the munchies sooooo BAD! What do y'all do to stay focused when the munchies tyry to take over??

I've been w/o family the last few nights, so I don't know if I can make my schedule to work out early evening once they return tomorrow...I'll let you know if I figure it out and if it helps...plus, is it the exercising or exercising with a friend....I wonder.....
Take care and a BIG CONGRATS ON YOUR 5.4 LBS at your first weigh in!!!! It's been 4 weeks for me and the JC scale I've lost 4.5 in that time, so, you're waaaay ahead of me! Great job!

Hey wish I could have been there to chat I just realized there is a chat forum. I have been on JC for 19 days today. I definately needed some support too. Just maybe you can do it. The food is not bad but Im a southern gal and I like me butter and sugar on everything....Well just was replying to your message letting you know that I will chat when ever... JC member too...
