Down 20 lbs: 210 - DONE July 6th
Down 10%: 207 DONE July 28th
Below 200: 199
Below BMI of 30/Goal weight/ pre-grad school weight/no longer obese!: 180
Pre-relationship weight: 175
No longer overweight: 150

There are vegetarian meals, and they shouldn't only suggest you do the planned menu.... I just get 7 breakfasts 7 lunches and 7 dinners... they like for you to try other meals, hence the Planned menu, but you should not be forced to eat the meat ones...bring them back and exchange if possible. vegetarian meals ARE limited, but they do exist....

My consultant told me when I signed up in March there was no pre-designed vegetarian meal plan.
I would definately give your consultant a call to see how you can return those items you aren't going to eat.
