Gonna try Level 2 tonight for the first time since the injury - might need a few modifications but hopefully I'll get back on track.

No shame - I do it when I don't think I can tackle level 2, just wondering when 20 minutes of jumping jacks and squats became the "easy" level - oh right its only "easy" compared to plank jacks, squat thrusts and olblique twists
