Hi. I weighed in today and lost 2.8 pounds. It is only my second week. My first week I didn't lose much. But I am happy with this weight loss this week. I have exercised every day this week. I was hungry this past week but I found out that my consultant at jc mistakenly gave me a lower calorie menu so no wonder I was hungry. I am supposed to be on a 1500 calorie menu. I am eating on teh 1500 menu today and feel much better. I just hope I still lose weight on the 1500 menu sicne I didn't lose much the first week when I was on the 1500 menu. But I am exercising now so that should make a difference. Sorry for teh babbling. This has just been a bit confusing for me. I can tell that my clothes are fitting looser and I know it is good for me to be exercising. My body feels more fit. I like the treadmill. I am trying to keep a positive attitude. Coming on this forum helps that a lot. I get a little discouraged when I see some people's weight loss of like 5 or 6 pounds in just one week. How do they do it? Okay enough for now. Good luck everyone. Abby

Hi Abby! I am starting week two and lost 3.3 lbs last week. I too was looking for more BUT jeepers I wasn't hungry a bit and even had a brownie and cheesecak! Can't complain about that. My problem is exercising. I really need to push myself to do it. In fact, rather than sit here at the computer, I'm going down to use my Pilates machine. You keep up the good work too.

wow - you girls should be extremely proud of yourself and happy with that weight loss.......this is my second week and last week I gained .5 lbs - not sure how that happened - my TOM happened two days after my weigh in so hopefully that was a factor - but losing 3 lbs would make me so happy!! Great job and keep up with the good work!!

Our bodies are all different and age is going to play a big roll.
