It helps me to not focus on the complete total pounds I need to lose and just set small goals that you think you can accomplish. My next goal is to lose another 15 pounds. That will be here before you know it. Then I feel good about myself and it re-motivates me to keep going for the next 15 or 20. You can do this! Good luck on your journey and let us know about your progress.

Never say ONLY. If you can walk 15 minutes, 2 minutes, 8 minutes, that is wonderful! It all adds up. If people are staring at you, that is their demon they need to work out. F them! It pains me that you have to go through that. But do NOT let that discourage you. You are doing this for you.
