I have only about 15 pounds of baby weight to loose, but after seeing Nicole on the commercial maybe I need to loose 25. What is her BMI? She looks underweight now to me! I don't think it portrays I good image of what a real women should try to attain. From the looks of pictures and the commercials, I am almost positive that she would be considered underweight by a medical professional. I was appauled to see a women so thin advertising weight loss by a reputable company like Jenny Craig. I would advise her to gain 5-10 pounds back is she was a friend of mine. Sorry but that is truely how I feel and the reason many women have an unrealistic view on how we are expected to look.

At first I was like " are you kidding me!" This woman is unreal but after I thought about it...WOW!! We can all get to our ideal body image if we only work hard and try. We are all different ages, heights and need to take in what is ideal to us. Valerie B was and still is my inspiration. I am the same age as her but taller so I set a goal I have not seen since I was in my early 30s. I keep thinking of Valerie when I am low and need a kick in the "...". Good Luck!! wink.gif

Not that the original poster will ever come back to this site, because they just wanted to jump on here with something negative to say about someone. But here goes...

She looks like she has a healthy amount of muscle on her. Most women WISH they were that tone. So, stop knocking her and worry about your dam.n self.

I think Nicole looks stunningly beautiful. It does seem like it will take an awful lot to maintain that bikini body but if she is willing to do the work more power to her. I heard Valerie B say that for her bikini shoot she lost an additional 10lbs but 122 was not a realistic weight for her to maintain. To each is own.
