I did level 2 once then dialed back my workouts due to the massive calorie imbalance I was at.
Now that I have added some more food my plan this week is the shred Wed, Fri, (i had two days off everything due to a migraine too) and then check in on the balance.
I found level 2 WAY harder than level 1,( those darn twists!) but think I just need to punch through it
Still walking 10,000 steps 5 days out of 7 - the other two days are lower as the dog goes to daycare twice a week.
I was up the other week and was bummed, then did a few measurements and saw that thanks to this work out I was down inches in just a week - drat that Jillan Michaels, she kills you but you get results!
