Bloating is to be expected during that TOM...and your JCC will understand completely. When I was nervous about my WI when I had TOM my JCC said most women have a weight gain of 3-5 lbs during that time.....so calm down, you'll lose it fast.

Thanks girl! In my head I know this to be true - I was just hoping for a fantastic number to try and boost me into week two but I just have to remind myself that the water weight will come off next week!

Is this your first WI? I had the same problem - started the morning of my 1st WI! How's that for timing??? blink.gif Just let your JCC know and it won't be a problem. Then you can look forward to a nice loss next week. smile.gif

Every step forward, no matter how small, is a step in the right direction.
