I have been profoundly frustrated the last few weeks. I have been planning my menu on the website and taking it into my center. Unfortunately, many of the foods have been discontinued and the newer optional foods are not reflected on the website. If we are trying to learn how to manage our own diet for long term sucess, this certainly makes it much more difficult.

I think this is false advertising since they show so many foods available, but they aren't.

I went to the centre today for my WI. It was unbelievable the amount of stuff they were out of. First, the discontinued items has disappeared. Then, someone there goofed and didn't order run-outs. I agree with everyone that they need to update their master list, and this website. I don't understand why they don't add the 'keeper foods' to the weekly planned menu's, either? Sounds like Carlsbad, CA, needs to move more swiftly. We are paying enough for this program. Good news is I lost 2.4# this week! Lord knows, what will happen next week, trying to make up a menu, excluding their run-outs?

Good news on your weight loss. I hope that the centers can get their act together. Get updated menus, update the web-site, etc.

Yes, they need to work harder to keep the menu planner updated. I have seen a lot of add-ins on the online planner that were not reflected in the Personalized Menu Planner Brochure. For example, online, it says to add 1 meat to the Frosted Oats Cereal, but it doesn't say anything about that in the brochure. Also, the Mac 'n' Cheese says to add 1/2 starch online, but it says to add 1/2 meat in the brochure. I'm very confused as to which is the correct one to follow.
