Update the Foods and Menu Planner Please

Please update the foods listing and take off things that are no longer available. List the new things too, maybe list them with a start date so we can plan ahead. Update the menu planner section as well so we can plan our menus and orders without hearing "that has been discontinued" when we are at the Centre and then have to make a different choice. Some of us spend a long time planning and that is really irritating!!
