When I get bored with the food and am craving something I don't deprive myself, I just eat a small portion of it. I believe if we deprive ourselves we will surely fail cuz eventually we will give in to that craving and totally pig out.....so just eat in moderation then get back on the wagon when you feel satisfied.

I know I am going to get some flack for saying that.....but hey, it works for me and I am doing somehting right....I have lost continually:)

Cravings...
Well if you're craving fish then why don't you substitute out one of your meals for what you want. There are weeks that I go to my weigh in and I let my JCC know that I already have two dinners at home. I just eat in moderation. I mean this is about learning. It is scary, however we will need to eventually learn portion control right?

Cravings...
I just took a detox tea two days ago that helps with cravings and cleans out the colon called Super Dieter's Tea. You can get it at Henry's Market or any health food store. It's best to take it at night. I chose the cinnamon flavor and sometimes I take a cinnamon supplement for sugar cravings. But really, on this diet the sugar cravings are well in check. However, those who are newer to the program might be going through withdrawals.

Craving...
Order double of the food that you DO like. I don't know if you do that yet. I order three pretzels, two blueberry muffins, etc. It's about being able to stick this out with sanity intact.

Also, check out the food thread. Some people give great ideas to re-invent their meals. You should see my desk at work. I have sea salt, cumin powder, hot sauce, light syrup, and cayenne pepper at my disposal!
