I went to the ticker factory to do mine. You should be able to click directly onto the ticker if it is done correctly. I had to redo mine 3 times before it worked. Did you put it under the "signature" portion of the e tools? It is a cute one!

Thanks. I could not get my Disney one to do what I wanted to. So, I went to the ticker factory.
