Happy Valentine's Day!!! I had my WI yesterday and I have officially lost 10 lbs. I have another 10 to go. I feel very positive about my progress (slow though it has been). Had I not been losing this winter, then I'm certain I would have been gaining, so I'm in a lot better position for spring/summer than I would have been.

I need to become more consistent in my exercise. I have a great home gym in my basement, I just need to have the consistent motivation and discipline to walk down the stairs and use it.

Ah Wild Child -- that is the secret to the success. It took me a long time to embrace the life of activity... You really have to do it every day for a while before you start to get to a point where you really want to do it regularly. :-)

They say it takes you 21 repetitions of something for it to become a habit; but with activity you also have to embrace the and recognize how it makes you feel. You never finish a workout feeling horrible. You always feel stronger, happier and less guilty!

Remember that it has to be something you plan on doing for the rest of your life, it's not an interim fix to get the weight off.

KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
