Uh Oh! Only 5 Months 'til my Wedding!

I joined JC right around Halloween. Weight loss has been slow - only around 8 pounds, but I have lost an inch and a half in my waist. I have been continually trying to lose weight (but in reality just maintaining) for several years so there was no big drop at the beginning of starting JC or anything. JC is easy for me to do but it's also really easy to add little extras like a glass of wine, which end up slowing my weight loss. I already work out 5-6X a week. I've realized I'm going to have to "step it up" in order to lose weight more quickly. I'm getting married on June 26, and I get my dress in mid-March (I ordered it in my real size just in case).

I am on JC, have a gym membership, and have plenty of workout videos (in fact I just ordered 3 Jillian Micheals videos). Do any brides out there who have experienced success have any tips for me? I think I've just been to relaxed about the program so far since I knew I had plenty of time, but now I HAVE GOT to get it together. My consultant just told me yesterday that I have to really work on it now as opposed to waiting 'til 1 month before the wedding.

Any advice, input, or just plain support would be much appreciated!

I did a few personal training sessions. This really helped me to get a better workouy. I am getting married on July 31st.

Drink LOTS of water (I know...everyone tells us that!!) and eat LOTS of your free veggies. I can honestly say that aside from being pretty faithful in eating all my JC foods in a day (of course I have eaten other things wink.gif ) these are the 2 things that keep me losing. I get married May 6th. WOW! Thats really soon!!
