Okay, So this is about my 2nd month on the program and the first month i did really good and lost about 11 pounds.. but I havent lost in the last 3 weeks and actually gained 2 pounds in total! I think that me cheating here and there is adding up and I really need a support buddy to keep me on track.. I'm starting to get unmotivated because I feel like I'll never loose all my weight because my whole life every diet ive been on I loose 10-15 pounds and can't get past that... I know Jenny will work if I do it right but it's really hard to stay on track sometimes especially with all the temptations in just every day life. Any advice? A support buddy would be nice also, I'm 16 and I have alot to loose still..
