Happy to report this is working great for an old gal- when I was younger and acting steady in community theater and regional musicals, I stayed in shape with regular dance classes, etc.
As a mom in my 30s I gained way too much and kept it way too long. Two decades later, so excited to see 175 again- for me, big win!
Best to you and your family. And looking forward to seeing more of you all the time--Loved you on Numbers last week- any chance that will be a recurring role?

Being in the entertainment industry can be tough-all the travel, long filming hours etc.
Kudos for loosing while being a working new mom! You inspire me!
