I have a real sweet tooth and just can't seem to quit thinking about wanting to eat chocolate or anything else sweet for that matter 24/7! I know this is just a "mind" thing so I'm determined to overcome it!

I too have a really bad sweet tooth. One thing that really helps me is to get the carbonated flavored water (no cal, no sugar, no sodium).......and it helps to satisfy that sweet craving after a meal...plus adds to the feeling of fullness. There are some really good flavors....strawberry, peach, cherry........

I've also been on JC for the last 3 weeks. I've heard if you open a tin of mandarin oranges and freeze them that this tastes like a sorbet or freeze grapes and they taste like hard candy. I also use sugar-free Jello and ice pops for my sweet cravings and find that they really help.
Good luck!

1) Nips. I allow myself 2 a day. only 60 calories but curbs my sugar craving or
2) 100 calorie plain M&Ms. I freeze them and allow myself as a splurge 1/2 package for dessert or
3) Skinny mocha latte-sugar free mocha syrup, fat-free milk and coffee from starbucks--another splurge that I allow for dessert or
4) on my sunshine sandwiche I add 1 teaspoon of orange marmalade instead of the sauce included with the sandwich.
Good luck
