The last 2 weeks I have asked about it because I have still not received it. My JCC said they had to resubmit the request.>>> Hmmm. I got mine in center just today. They had to come via mail instead of email, due to so many problems emailing them out. hopefully you should get yours this week or next, but they are there.

RE the free week of food in January... corporate will verify who qualified & who didn't. they will start sending us lists the last week of Dec. Keep in mind, people started @ different times. We will be manually invoiceing those free weeks of food (up to $122) in-centre. As long as you qualified (per corp), you will get it.
The gift certificates were mailed to the centres from corp. CDs had to track the clients who referred someone. They had to include the name & centre # of the person you referred. If tehy had to 'resubmit,' I'm guessing you were somehow left off the list.
Quick question, was the person you referred Completely new to JC? I had a client call to state that she hadn't received anything. When we looked into it, the girlfriend she 'referred' had done Jenny previously. The promo was for referrals of new (not returning) clients. That may be why you haven't received it.
Believe it or not, we like giving our clients incentives. We not only tracked who should receive the certificate. We actually tracked it to make sure our clients received & remembered to USE their certificates. I can't imagine what could be the hold up.

I got mine really late too (it was for a renewal client who paid for a FULL 1 year membership)... it was in my file at the centre and not in my e-mail or home mail.

I'm so glad I saw this thread. I too refered someone many many months ago and the Centre finally got my 25.00 discount over a month ago. I keep forgetting about it and they obviously don't try to remind me to use it! Gotta remember this tomorrow at WI!!

Last year, I had 4 referrals but never got the discount. I was also told around Nov 2010, I would get it.
