Weighed in today and had much better results than last week. Down 4. 6lbs from last week! Now that's more like the early loss that I remembered from being on JC before!
I actually met my weight loss goal for the 28 day challenge so I've decided to increase my goal amount.
This week was great for eating all JC foods, with the exception of one planned MOMO.
Next week will be a much bigger challenge as I will have 3 prepared lunches at a conference. My commitment for this week is to ensure that outside of those three MOMO's that I stick to all JC food.
