Hey there! I am getting married on 10/10/10, so in a little less than a year. I am so excited about that! He is one of the greatest things in my life, and I am so looking forward to being married to him! I want to be healthy and slim for the wedding, and want to lose about 60 pounds total. I started on Jenny in the beginning on January, and started losing weight. Now, however, I have returned to my starting weight and have even gained a few pounds. I don't know why I am still doing this to myself! I deserve to lose the weight, and I want to lose the weight, and I just have this blockage in my head that won't allow me to do right by myself. I go out and get breakfast almost every day, just because I feel like I want to, and its hurting me in the long run. I need some help figuring out how to do this! I want so badly to be healthy and skinny so that my fiancee and I can have a future with children and many years together but I just can't figure out how to do it. I actually started crying at my consultation today when I saw that I had gained more weight, because I am so sick of being fat. I have never been this heavy, and I am just tired and burdened and want to be done with this.

Hi, I am getting married on May 06, 2010 and I too want to shed some of this extra baggage before I walk down the isle.
I am a little confused by your dates..... you say you joined in January? Did you drop the program for a bit?? How much had you lost when you stopped? I am only asking because that sounds like my pattern in life. As soon as I see change and like what I see I for some reason think it's all better and go right back to my old habits. I love to eat out as well and I am sure that it is one of my biggest problems.

What did your JCC say when you broke down? Do you feel like you are not getting the support you need from her?
I am new at this, but I check in on the forums everyday for inspiration and support. If you need someone to talk to just send me a message. Stay strong, you can do this. Making your body beautiful from the inside out wink.gif

Hi there! Thanks for the support! Yeah, I realized when I was reading your post right now that I had put the wrong month, and not even close to the right month. I joined back in September. I don't know why I wrote January - brain fart, or something like that! Heh heh.

Eating out is my biggest thing too. My fiancee and I enjoy eating out a lot, and its hard to tell him I can't do that anymore, especially when I actually really want to keep doing it!

My consultant was pretty good about it. She was kind and supportive, and mainly told me not to give up because that is the worst thing I could do. I am pretty happy with her, I think.

Thank you so much for the kind words. I will try, especially today, to keep my inspiration in mind!

On another note, how is your wedding planning going? Do you have a lot done already? I love talking about wedding stuff! It is so exciting to think about. :-)

The wedding planning is .............going smile.gif My fiance and I have been together for 11 years, 12 in April so we are eloping to Italy for our wedding. Eloping to make it simple but WOW not so simple. A lot of "red tape" to get through before the big day. I bought my dress already (soooooooo exciting) and I am hoping to have to take it in at least 4 sizes by then wink.gif

How about you? Are you buying or making decorations? Big guest list?

About the eating out. Did you get the eating out success guide?? I live in a small town without many "chain" restaurants, but if I didn't I would plan where I am eating out, and then find it in the book and pre plan what I would order. Adds a bit of work to the process, but you would get your cake and eat it too! (Cheesy I know, but you get the gist smile.gif

Love to hear more about your wedding, but rather talk about it through private messaging so send me a message anytime smile.gif

Hi Ladies!!!

Congrats on the big days!!! I'm a consultant and just wanted to see if I could help out. If you are back up to your start weight, or close too, have your consultant pull out the No Weight Loss tool or the Motivation tracker. She can help you identify the specific areas that maybe you are lacking in motivation. If it is dining out for you, have her go through the Dining Out guide and show you items you can do so you can still keep on track. You can do this and you are so worth it!!! Maybe have her pull out your Note to Self (the movitvational note you wrote when you first started the program) or if you don't have one, ask her to fill one out and keep it in your file. Then anytime you are lacking in motivation (if happens to all of us) it usually helps trigger some of those feelings that you had when you first came in. It has helped SO many of my clients break through a plateau or help with a loss after they've been gaining. If there is anything you need, please let us know!!! We are here to help you!!!!

-Danielle
