I am somewhat of a newbie to JC (5 weeks on the program). I am interested in losing 10 pounds in 6 weeks. Is anyone starting that challenge to end 2009 the right way???

Also, I'm curious to previous "contestants" of 10 in Six, what were some of your methods for losing 1.5 pounds per week or was it pretty easy??

Hi ShayShae,

I have tried the 10 in 6 three times. The first two times I got really closed 9 or 9.5 lbs lost in the 6 weeks. I boosted my exercised and made sure I had plenty of water.

Unfortunately, after the first week of the third time I tried it, I went off plan. I have gained 4.8 lbs. I am .2 lbs from 150. I am determined not to go over 150!

I would love to get back on track and a challenge is one way to to it. If you are interested, I would be happy to do the challenge with you. Usually the challenges start on Sunday, but my weigh in is on Saturday so I would start them.

How about it?

Anne Marie

My weigh ins are on Saturday too. If you want to begin this Saturday, that would be great. I just need some sort of a challenge to keep me motivated.
