At first when I started JC, I was looking at the big picture of ALL the weight I need to lose.....Now I am taking a different approach and looking at small goals of ten pounds at a time....What a difference...I don't feel the pressure (that I put on myself) and so far I have lost 8.2 pounds!!! So I am hoping that week 8 will bring the results I want, but if it takes me 9 weeks that fine by me too....
Week 1: - 4.6
Week 2: -1.2
Week 3: 0
Week 4: -.5
Week 5: 0
Week 6: -1.9
Week 7: No WI
Week 8:-2.0
Week 9: No WI
Week 10:-2.3
Week 11: +2.0
Week 12: No WI
Week 13: +0.9
Week 14: -1.8
Week 15: No WI
Week 16: No WI
Week 17: No WI
Week 18: No WI
Week 19:-0.6
Week 20: -2.0

I'm right there with ya honey. I've been stumbling for the last 5 weeks and it just seems like in week 6, I'm finally getting it. I'm holding myself accountable for everything...from water, to eating my limited foods, to measuring my fruit, EVERYTHING.

It feels good. Keep it up. I will be hitting the 10 pound mark with ya soon!

If you don't mind me asking, what was your starting weight and your daily calorie intake? Just curious.

My Starting weight was 192, and my calorie intake is 1200, I have been away from the computer, spending more time on the treadmill than on the computer...smile.gif

Hi I finally came back to JC after failing. Now I have a more positive outlook and am taking small steps just like you. My goal is 10 lbs. Then once I have done this I will do 5 lbs more and so on. Most inportant I am doing this for myself because I want to look good ans feel good and be able to buy clothes that are not 1 or 2X. Will keep in touch to see how you are doing.
