Exchanges are worse than torture...

I think it would be SO handy to have an online JC approved/created exchange calculator. Something that users can modify with the nutritional information of a particular product and it will provide the CORRECT number for the exchange.

Even if the Excel formulas could be provided to anyone that would be interested would be a VAST improvement.

This is the ONLY area that I have found a flaw in... I'll be honest, I am too lazy to consistently figure this out and know 100% that it is not a viable option for me moving forward. I need something simple... I know that it can be done.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us!

I'm on board also. Maybe a recipe/exchange calulator. When I did WW they had a program that you added in all your recipe ingred. and it told you the calories/and of course pts. JC should be able to do something like that. Maybe put it under etools for those of us that have paid for our accounts.

YES!! "There should be an app for that!"

they also need to put the exchanges of the frozen meals on the boxes so that we become more familiar with them before we get to halfway/momo/domo, etc.

If you know a little of Excel you can create a simple spreadsheet, I did it, but it's still a work in progress as it doesn't account for foods with a lot of veggie servings in it. But I agree, an exchange calulator would be WONDERFUL!!!

Has it happened yet? That other weight loss program has an online calculator that you can plug recipes into and get the information you need to track your food intake. Jenny Craig is not keeping up with the competition and they should do something about it ............sooner than later!!!

I agree that this the single biggest thing missing from the program. I worry that JC feels this might result in less food sales if it was easier to calculate. But, I don't think so at all. We all move over to cooking for ourselves eventually and could stay at goal much easier with a tool like this.
