I'm just in my second week of the program and doing very well. I lost 4 pounds the first week. I feel great and not hungry or craving anything which really surprises me. Which brings me to my delema. Next week my Town Home assosiation meeting as at the Greek Taverna. What do I eat?

Hi Medik612...
While I am certainly no expert on JC yet (brand new as of today - dont even have the food yet!)...Greek food is one of my favorites and I am thinking one of the best options for eating out...Mediterranean food in general is fresh, prepared simply without a lot of sauces...the Greek salad with fresh tomatoes, olives, peppers and cucumbers is my all time favorite salad.

You can opt for grilled lemon chicken with vegetables (sometimes a kebab) or a fish dish with tzatziki (the yummie cucumber-yogurt dip).

I am going to Europe this fall and am hoping the Greek food is the least of my worries! Rome, on the other hand...not so much! smile.gif

Enjoy your Greek dinner and best wishes!
