My sister has always had really poor malnutrition and to this day orders pizza every week sometimes a couple of times a week, she is very thin and I worry about her -and having pizza in the refridgerator ALL the time along w/ the CAKES she makes for her friends EVERY TIME they come over are hard to have around...I do well w/ not going after the cake but the pizza has been giving me trouble when I am hungry and up late at night ( I should just pop a carrot in my mouth and go to bed) even though i KNOW i really want to do well and lose weight it is hard to get by but what has been helping me is
sugar free pudding - the containers in the snack pack..i think it's 6 of them is 1/2 cup so that is two limited servings
sugar free jello- only 50 cents at rite aid and they have cherry, orange, raspberry, strawberry

i am going 2 look into the sugar free popsicles this week:)
it's really hard doing this w/ so many unhealthy choices in my house but i know we can reach our goals!!!!

I saw your call for help and just had to reply. Girls do everything you can to defeat this problem we all have. I'm 56 and I so wish I had I had conquered my food issues when I was young. Talk to your JCC and see if she has some ideas on how to handle the pizza issue. I remember how it is when you stay up late and all your friends are eating and you feel left out. Maybe save your pizza to have when your friends are eating late at night. The rising crust is not bad if you add a lot of toppings. My daughter likes to order pizza for dinner and I have my pizza with her. I'll admit it doesn't taste quite as good as the real thing, but it is what it is and we have to do the best we can with what we have. I'm so impressed that you are recognize you have issues with food and are trying to help yourself now while you are still young. Ask your friends to help you by not always doing things that involve food. Sometimes you may have to just go into your room to get away from all the temptations. Make yourself your top priority and just do what you have to so you can reach your goals. Also don't forget to reward yourself when you accomplish each goal. Be kind to yourself and think positive. You can do this and I hope you let us all know how you are doing.
