My sister has always had really poor malnutrition and to this day orders pizza every week sometimes a couple of times a week, she is very thin and I worry about her -and having pizza in the refridgerator ALL the time along w/ the CAKES she makes for her friends EVERY TIME they come over are hard to have around...I do well w/ not going after the cake but the pizza has been giving me trouble when I am hungry and up late at night ( I should just pop a carrot in my mouth and go to bed) even though i KNOW i really want to do well and lose weight it is hard to get by but what has been helping me is
sugar free pudding - the containers in the snack pack..i think it's 6 of them is 1/2 cup so that is two limited servings
sugar free jello- only 50 cents at rite aid and they have cherry, orange, raspberry, strawberry
i am going 2 look into the sugar free popsicles this week:)
it's really hard doing this w/ so many unhealthy choices in my house but i know we can reach our goals!!!!
