I really liked the cheesy omlet. The cheese did have a little bit of a "nacho cheese sauce from the movie theater" taste, but I liked it anyway! I loved the potatoes with the bits of red and green pepper. Very filling. I hope this is a permanent item, I'ld like to have it at least once a week!

I remove the frozen potatoes from the package and cook them in a fry pan with a little Pam and onions and mushrooms. I microwave the omelet alone, and then add it to the frypan for a couple of minutes. It's quite good.

Thanks for the tip - I think I will cook it up this way this weekend.
