Any brides to be out there??? I am getting married next month and although I don't feel stressed. I am putting pressure on myself. I have lost 11 pounds in 5 months. I think I haven't been focusing on myself and taking care of myself and focusing too much on the wedding. Well with 6 weeks to go it's me time. Everything is planned and done, now I can get back to the exercising and jenny program.

I know this is a late reply but you will do great, Im a bride to be and have lost 14lbs in 7 weeks. I have lost momemtum but I look at the final goal.Enjoy your day!!

Congradulations on the upcoming wedding. I'm going through the same thing except i'm 4 months away. the stess of all of it is really getting to me and is screwing up my goals of gettign to the wait I want to be at.

I am getting married too. Funny it seems like just yesterday that I was thinking I had plenty of time and now May 1st 2010 is going to be here so soon!!! Ahhhh!!!
