BLARRRG!!!!!
So basically I came home, went to the bathroom and BOOM! over 100 pounds lost. I guess it will be official at the next weigh in..lol. Lost another 4 pounds this week, bringing my total to 99.9lbs O_o

This summer I'm going on Vacation to a family reunion & going to be busy with other vacations and outings and I'm thinking to myself....I don't have to worry about weight limits anymore, I don't have to worry about seat belts not fitting me or getting kicked off a plane or not fitting on a Roller Coaster with my lil' nephew at Disneyland.
My confidence level is 5 out of 5. and it's going to stay this way!

I'm surprised I didn't notice that you posted. Congrats on making your halfway goal! You have been doing so good. To be honest, seeing your before and after pictures that you had posted before really inspired me. I know many others probably were too. You are doing amazing and I hope to following in your footsteps so we can both be skinny together, hahaha. Keep us posted on your weight loss Noah. It's nice to see others out there trying to lose 200+ so I don't feel like I'm alone in this journey.

Hey guys, I'd figure I would post an update since I haven't in a few months, I'm still going strong on JC, I'm past my half way goal and headed to my goal weight. JC has knocked me down to 6 days on the diet instead of 7, I'm guessing they're weening me off the diet slowly and teaching me how to lose weight or maintain weight on my own. I recently got back from vacation where I didn't have my JC food or any of my food for that matter, And ended up Gaining 5 pounds. This was a good learning tool and has motivated me to get back on the horse (after the week off JC) and get losing again, I have pushed myself further than ever the past week or so and I can't wait to see how much weight I've lost this week.

Feeling amazing, This diet really works and I wouldn't change my decision to start jenny craig for anything. When I started this thread I weighed nearly 500lbs. now I'm almost down to my goal of 240. (Planning on going even lower than that 200-190ish) Also, When I started this thread I would be out of breath after walking a quarter mile, now I've got a gym membership I hit the gym 5 days a week and three of those days I also see a personal trainer. I'm averaging 8 miles on a stationary bike in 22 minutes and 3 miles on the treadmill. I also do 30 minutes of weight training 3 days a week. My life has truly changed for the better! Just thought I would share my progress thus far. so exciting

I kept off close to 80 pounds for 5 years, but then my husband died, and I had some medical issues pop up which put me in the wrong mindset, and I gained some back and found myself over 200 again. That was Labor Day. Today, I weigh 170, and I am never moving that cylinder back over 150 again.
You are an inspiration to us all. Thanks for sharing!
