Hey guys. I'm a male consultant in the NY area. It's a great job for guys, as well as a great program (started out as a client) While there are some clients who prefer one female clients, or male clients...what is most important is the connection. As for measurements, male of female, I have my clients measure themselves, with my instructions. Therefore we bypass any discomfort and since consultations can change based on scheduling, there aren't many different people measuring you coming up with different numbers. But what it is all about is your comfort, your choices, and your program. Male or female, just be honest, work hard, and have mutual trust and enjoy the great results. Good luck out there!

 YES! Real Men do Jenny -- and work there too.

This topic hasn't been updated for awhile so I wanted to post! I've been a client since March 2010 and now work as a PD in NJ. I lost 35 pounds so far. I've kept 30 pounds off since 2010.

Our center used to have 3 dudes, now two. I guess it depends on your market. Here in Philly, we have several guys working for Jenny Craig. The program works the same and exercise is the key.

Best of luck to all new and potential clients!

I have two men at my center. When I first called I spoke to a woman and she said my first appointment had to be with a man, I almost didn't go. I remember driving away thinking to myself I can't do this because I have to drive an hour and I really didn't want to see a man. Five months later I have tried two other JCC which are women and I still keep going back to my original man, he is the best, as far as I am concerned. And when I got measured I did it and he just wrote it down.

I couldn't care less if a man measured me. They're professionals and will conduct themselves as such. But then I've had male massage therapists too, again professionalism.
