I hope you will bring back the silver dollar pancakes and vegie sausage. The blueberry pancakes are just too grainy and for people who do not like blueberries this is not a good breakfast choice. You had a hit with the plain pancakes, please bring them back.

I know, seriously!
Why would they git rid of regular pancakes, which blueberry lovers and haters alike will enjoy, and trade them for icky blueberry pancakes, that only blueberry lovers will like.
If you love blueberries so much, just order the dang muffin!
Why ruin it for everybody?

I totally agree with both of you. Not that I hate the blueberry, but really loved the regular ones. Pleas bring back, they have their muffins.

They have had these forever!!! Now why would they discontinue them? They were one of my favs as well. There has to be a reason. Has to be....

I loved the plain pancakes I wish you would bring them back. I am not crazy about blueberries and don't like the blueberry pancakes.

Here's a re-post from a different thread I posted a couple of days ago. If you have the time to make them yourself. . .Heart Smart Bisquick pancakes are pretty comparable. Here's the Nutritional Info:

Cal = 200
Fat = 3g
Sodium = 340 mg
Carbs = 27g
Fiber = 1g
Protein = 3g

I added a Jennie-O Turkey sausage link:

Cal = 45
Fat = 3g
Sodium = 185
Carbs = 0g
Protein = 5g

I spray a little "cant Believe it's not butter" spray & use Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar free syrup. I added my own blueberries & counted that as the fruit serving. It was actually a very delicious breakfast, a nice change from all the pre-packaged stuff which always tastes kind of "warmed-over" plus you can actually taste the bluberries & don't even get me started on that veggie sausage patty. (If you don't like the blueberries, just leave them plain.)

Give it a try on a Saturday morning when you have more time to prepare a breakfast like this. I'd bet you could even serve them to your family & they'd never Know the difference! Don't know what JCC would say, but that's my take on it.

Agreed... and 400 years ago (in the late 90s when I did Jenny for the first time) there was a packet for you to make your own pancakes. I would add pumpkin pie spice and a little vanilla, a splenda (equal then.. ahem) and make one HUGE pancake and feel like I was having a treat. Where did *that* go?!

.. and I liked the plain silver dollar pancakes better too.. ;/

I HATE HATE HATE the veggie sausages and will not buy anything that has it in it. I'm NOT throwing food away when I paid so much for it. French Toast for me!

the veggie sausage tastes toxic. I love blueberries, but the pancakes have taken a definite turn for the worst. I love pancakes but I cannot eat these. They used to be my favorite breakfast. Even the old veggie sausage was better. Bring back the old pancakes please

I remember the mix-up pancakes, Maggie's Mom! They were great. I was a JC "looser" in the 90's too. I loved the Chicken Plumbago too- same timeframe.
The Silver Dollar Pancakes that were prior to the Blueberry ones were tasty- I think we got three pancakes in the meal. I miss them too.

I also remember the pancake mix...and loved it! It was so easily customizable. I didn't love the Chicken Plumrose, but I loved the "Pizza Puff" they had for lunch!

Also, I think the canned lunch chili and spinach tortellini that they had back then was way better than the similar products they have now. Now they are bigger portions, but they just seem to be watered down! Plus, the microwave popcorn was way better than the white cheddar popcorn now...Also easily customizable!

What I really don't miss from those days? The powdered yogurt! Blech! And they were really pretty strict about mixing and matching, you had to replace a whole day, not just meal by meal! That could get pretty boring for a picky eater!

Oh well, some things get better, some worse! :rolleyes:
