I thought I read somewhere (or heard) that there was a calorie counter???

I know about the menu planner which I kinda fell is useless (unless its mostly ment for those that have the food shipped to them) so dont really get the point of it as you cant adjust what you many not have eaten and it doesnt show your total daily calories unless I am missing something. It makes you list the calories of unplanned items but doesnt show the calories for all the other things. It doesnt even allow you to make note as to what you ate for the milk or fruit items etc.

This is not an answer to your question...but could you tell me how you include your weight tracker in your reply. Sure would appreciate any help.

No problem...

GO to http://www.tickerfactory.com/ customize your tracker then when its done it will give you a code to choose to copy and paste.

Just copy the appropriate one and paste it in your signature (which is in your profile settings).

If you need more direction feel free to message me and I will be happy to help you out with it.

PS. to change your weight you have to go back to the webpage (so save your link in your favorites) enter in your new weight then refresh your web brower within the JC website to see the change.
