Jamie, don't worry. You may have fallen off, but at least you know when to say when and get back on. It is difficult to stay on the JC food as it is expensive, and after a while it gets boring. BUT we just have to think how we will feel once we reach our goals.
Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail. --Ralph Waldo Emerson

Goal by June 11, 2010

March: -12.6 lbs
April: -3.6 lbs
05/03/10: +1.4 lbs.

Did you ever call you consultant? Just wondering. If not you really should now. You are not the 1st person to fall off the food addiction wagon. They get those calls everyday. I'd love to hear how things went.

I have a 9 1/2 month old girl. I have lost 35 baby pounds. However, I still have 30 to go. I weigh in on Thursdays and can't wait.

I am 35 yrs/old with a 4mth old baby. I am looking to lose 35lb.......35 STUBBORN lbs. LOL. Nice to see so many moms in here! Any from Canada? I find the food is delicious and So convenient. Its nice not worrying about cooking for a little while! Sometimes I get frustrated on how slow you lose weight on Jenny because I have done other diets (herbal magic) and lost like 10lbs a week. It was crazy....but I was starving myself and sure enough the weight came back!!! I have been on Jenny for almost 2 wks and have lost 3lbs. I work out 5 days a week. Hopefully I will reach my goal........

When I get home from work and bring the baby back from daycare, either he works out first or I work out, while the other takes care of the baby (she goes to bed at 8:00). I find that working out later keeps my appetite for dinner down, and after 8 PM used to be my big pig-out time in front of the TV!
He uses P-90X (not for me, too hard!), and I use the free workouts on OnDemand Cable. I also have an elliptical machine, which is great, because I can watch TV and keep an eye on the baby while I do it. I try to alternate cardio and toning exercise.
I also lift the baby in the air a lot and bounce her (which she loves), and am getting some nice arm muscles from that!
I plateaued a little bit the last 3 weeks, since we go out a lot, and a little cheating here and there really adds up. I think I am back on track now, for the time being.
Good luck!
