I'm only on week 3, but I must say that the soups are positively nasty. I've done okay with almost all of the other foods I've tried. Some are better than others. However, the soups are just awful! I hope someone at JC is reading this thread.

I agree that the soups are terrible and I don't like the pizza either. The beef stew is good, but that really isn't soup. Everyone has a different opinion, but I think Healthy Choice from the grocery store has better soup than JC. I also think Weight Watchers and Lean Cruisine has better pizza than JC for a lower cost.

Bring back Classico Chicken Parm! and Mesquite Chicken - both delicious! I also love the regular pancakes and the regular pretzels. The soups are awful and so are the salads to go

I was also very disappointed with the chicken salad to go. Terrible.

I agree about the pizza-tasted like a stale shoe sole with sauce and cheese. Disappointing.

Because I was OFF plan when these items were introduced... I would love the Apple Crisp and Pumpkin Cake to come back... fingers crossed for the fall!

As for meals - the Sirloin & Rice; Mesquite Chicken... I am sure there are others, but can't think of them off the top of my head... Oh, Chili Con Carne!

AND, the chocolate cherry cheesecake - Mmmm...

Pumpkin cake sounds really good!

JC needs to master some lunches instead of so much focus on desserts. I can't eat the desserts anyway. They have too much sugar....and I'm NOT diabetic. Just can't lose with all that sugar, although, I'd like to eat a cheesecake every day.

Lunches are terrible. I'm eat egg breakfast items for lunches. The nutritionals are close.

I want them to bring back the Aloha Beef. I also agree that the lunches really need to be improved. I like a decent number of breakfast, dinner and deserts but only like a few of the lunches.

Does anyone from JC actually read these boards. Just wondering because I haven't seen any response from them. I hope they do and are paying attention to the food requests. I also think it is odd that our consultants are told that we need to go online to let them know we want a food and that telling them doesn't work.

Hi....I'm repeating myself, somewhat....but I'll say it again in the RIGHT forum ..lol

Please bring back.....

The Carrot Cake or The Pumpkin Cake (almost the same thing....either will do...)

Chicken, Cheese and Rice Burrito (enchilada?)---lunch

Thai Lemongrass Chicken (had noodles...DELISH! ...sweet and spicy sauce)---lunch

also the Chicken with wild rice---lunch ---was also good

Chicken and Asparagus Crepes w/ yummo mushroom sauce---dinner

(miss ALL VERY MUCH....and really should come back...even if only
as seasonal items that come back on a yearly basis)

I substitute Healthy Choice Chix Noodle for JC. It has less sodium, real chix, less calories and Fat.

Accually you should check the serving size of one of those healthy choice soup bowls there are two servings per bowl and that equals 980mg a bowl YIKES!

I absolutely loved the Silver Dollar Pancakes and Veggie Sausage. I am not a fan of blueberries so the blueberry pancakes are not for me. EVERYONE PLEASE contact JC and request foods you'd like to see brought back and PLEASE request the pancakes and sausage be brought back. They are something almost anyone would like and if people want to add fruit on top then go for it!

Yes, I totally agree with you!!! The silver dollar pancakes & veggie sausage was a great breakfast. The new blueberry pancakes are not for me either. Here's hoping that they actually listen to their clients!

I love the old chili con carne, the current chili is not the same. Love mesquite chicken.. The fish and chips are not good, the fish is mushy, no taste!!

I agree. The topping on the fish is mushy, unless you put it in a real oven, not microwave oven.
Does anyone know what the new foods will be in October? If you know, please pass it onto the rest of us.
I think JC should have plain or cherry cheesecake. Those are the traditional favorites.
Thanks!
