Last nights workout

10 mins ~ rower ~ 2000 meters
35 mins ~ stairmill ~ 2.83 miles (138 flights of stairs)
42 mins ~ elliptical ~ 3.86 miles

I was a bit spent but hit a total of 1150 calories.... Felt fantastic afterwards as well... cool.gif

Now if the silly scale would start moving. I am following plan, let's hope tomorrow brings good news...

Friday gym:
10 minutes on the rower
30 minutes on the stairmill

Ugh, no gym for three days I can feel it in my attitude!

Time to sweep out the cobwebs and get this going again. Starting from square one and not liking myself for letting myself get this bad again. It's just so depressing. Going to the store yesterday was my final wakeup call. I had to buy a couple of size 8's. I haven't been in size 8 pants forever. Even two years ago when I did this program successfully I started out in a size 6. What am I thinking? Don't know, but in the process need to figure it out so I don't fall into this pit again. Tired of having a pity party for myself, it's time to step up to the plate and keep swinging until I hit that home run!

Back to weighing in at JC every week. Will make up my menu for the week and follow it since DH doesn't want me buying the food. Gym is on for 5 nights a week as well.

I CAN DO THIS!!!

Hey there! You can do it and good for you for not waiting any longer to get back in to JC! How'd the first month go? I have a lot farther to go than you, but cannot WAIT until I get back down to an 8! LOL! Everything is relative..... tongue.gif

If you need someone to touch base with regularly, I'd be happy to help out. I find that when I can 'work' with someone and know I'll be accountable daily, I'm more in tune with paying attention to what I eat and thinking healthy.

Really? I really need to get my butt in gear and just do this. Focus until 9.26.11 then hit it hard for 2 months when I don't have the sabatoger in the house!!

Sooooooooooooo excited. I made my appointment for the 26th of September, I know it's a month away, but I have to wait for DH to leave so I don't get any flack from him!! Can't wait to get this weight off again and feel human!

It feels so good to be back! Day 3, fighting the headache from not drinking as many DDP's, but it's all good. Can't wait to get this weight off AGAIN!!! Trying to stay focused and remember what it feels like to be thin and feel good. Tired of being fat and lethargic all the time!!!!

Here we go AGAIN!!! So excited just made my appt for the evening of the 7th. Can't wait to get back on track and work on getting this weight off, for the LAST time!!!
