10 mins ~ rower ~ 2000 meters
35 mins ~ stairmill ~ 2.83 miles (138 flights of stairs)
42 mins ~ elliptical ~ 3.86 miles
I was a bit spent but hit a total of 1150 calories.... Felt fantastic afterwards as well...
Now if the silly scale would start moving. I am following plan, let's hope tomorrow brings good news...
