Hi, my only advice is to drink A LOT of water and put some lemon juice in it. That usually helps me a lot get rid of all the extra water retention from eating the junk. I am sure if you eat totally clean it will come right off, also step up your exercise a notch over the next few days. Let us know how it goes!

This week was no change. I was expecting to gain weight. I coach gymnastics and my girls had states this weekend so I was running around crazy and snacking a lot not eatting very well and I didnt get a chance to run like I ussually do. So I guess I am happy with stable.

Today is my last day of my 3rd week. 2nd week on this challenge and I lost 2.8 pounds! I'm soo excited. I would have like to seen the 10 lb mark, but that was pushing it! I can't believe how easy the weight is coming off! I'm excited to see what my next weeks measurements are and wi!

I was happy with stable last week. I knew WHY I didn't lose, and I think that's just as important as the actual losing. Next week's WI will be a better week for you! smile.gif

Thanks! I did much better yesterday stepped on the scale this morning and was down about half a pound so I know it was just my crazy weekend and I can get back on track.

Thanks for the encourangement Jewely! smile.gif I did what you suggested and upped my workouts and my water and today I am back down to last weeks weigh in of 162.6. Hopefully I won't be going off track like that again anytime soon. By Monday I felt gross, physically from the junk I was eating and emotionally because I was eating it! At least I know why I went so off track, so if those particular circumstances come up again, maybe I can find other ways to deal. Thanks Again!

WI today -- and down 1.4 lbs. She also took my measurements since this is the end of Week 4 for me. And I lost a total of 7 inches. I don't notice it or feel it yet, so maybe at the end of the next 4 week period.

?? Today my scale says I lost 4 pounds since last week?? dry.gif I would love to believe it but i think I will weigh in again in a couple days and see what it says!

Hi everyone- Congrats to all of those who lost again this week. Those of you who didn't, just stay with it, trust me take it one week at a time. I had another great week, especially with TOM. I am getting close to saying good-bye to the 200's!!!

Volumizing Tip: I am not a fan for Mac and Cheese, but I have been trying to stick to the planned menus. I found in a great idea in the creative recipes book. To your Mac and Cheese, add 1/2 of a tomato, sliced thin and 1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs. Cover with plastic wrap and cook as directed This adds a strarch and a veg to your meal, but it was great!!!

Wins for the Week: I went shopping for a new pair of capris and I was finally able to fit into a size 14!!! biggrin.gif

WOO HOO!!! Stuck to my plan and I am down 2.4! I couldn't exercise at all (doctor's orders sad.gif ) so I was pretty bummed out expecting little to no loss. There were many many times this week where I was craving this or that (even a Big Mac!) but I drank tons of water and thankfully was able to deal. This was just my personal validation, now I know this plan truly works!

Well not sure what happened this week but I have only lost .04, yes I am glad it's still going down! lol We have been spending a lot of time out in the pool and in the heat here in AZ, maybe I havent been getting my water in? Or maybe it's just time for my loss to slow a bit. So as of today I have lost 13 pounds in 4 short weeks and have lost 3 inches on waist, 3 inches on hips 2 1/2 on Abdomen and 2 1/2 on chest and 1 inch below chest. Also 2 inches on each thigh! So I am looking at the big picture and laughing at the scale. ( yea right) tongue.gif Good luck everyone and congrats on your losses this week! And for those who didn't lose or didn't lose much this time... next week is OURS! lol
