I'm single and just recently joined Match.com so that I can add some spice to my dating life. I've been on Jenny for 15 weeks and have lost 31.8 pounds so I figure that now is the time to cease the moment and sort of show off what I'm working with... lol.... it's been kind of fun and for first dates, I just order seltzer and lime. I don't really drink that much anymore and I'm not going to consume excess calories for no reason, you know? I also think that guys kind of respect that healthy decision... or they're kind of intrigued by it. Last night I went to dinner and ordered roasted chicken with mixed greens and roasted cauliflower so that was healthy and a good meal on my own. Also, when you're on a date and kind of nervous, etc, you don't want to eat a lot. I know what you mean though, it is hard to balance everything.
So... let me know what else is going on in the dating scene!!
