thank-you for this topic. I am going to RL in two days for my birthday. Lots of good ideas to plan with.
I hope to get blackened trout, one buiscut, double veg and a salad/diet soda & water. I will find out "what the blackened entails)

MOMO means meal on my own. Once you reach half-way to your goal, you will began having a meal on your own that is not Jenny food and at some point you will be entitled to DOMO (days on your own). Your JCC will give you the information and assistance you need at that time.

Applebees has great menu go on their 550 calories site if there Applebees around your hood check it out

I have griled chicken that pretty good

the JC iphone app suggest having lobster tail broiled without butter, the wild rice pilaf and steamed vegis at Red Lobster


any fish shrimp lobster etc broiled without butter should be good as well as a half or a baked potato with only chives no butter instead of the rice

I love seafood. I wish JC meals had more deafood options. If I eat out I want to eat shrimp or lobster
