I LOST 2 and a half pounds!!!!! I'm proud of myself, seeing as it is my first weigh-in and I only shoveled the driveway! I'm worried I might not do as well next week, anyone have any 2nd week tips?

Hey Tim! Congratulations on your first week! It's so great to see that kind of progress right away, isn't it? On my second week, my consultant said to make sure to drink my 8 glasses of water per day and to remember to exercise! Even just a quick 10 minute walk if you're really busy can make a big difference! One week, I walked to school every day (about a mile each way) and that's been my biggest loss week so far! Keep it up and be proud of what you've accomplished already!

I usually do like ten minutes of crunches and butt-ups every day. those will really kick your butt, but it's amazing the results. Do you have stairs at work or school? I try to do at least 4 flights of stairs everyday. I've lost very little weight so far though. i keep cheating. some days, the food just sucks.

I started Jenny Craig two weeks and a day ago. My first week I dropped 7 lbs, which was incredible. My second week, I gained .4 of an ounce. They say the second week of dieting is always the most dificult because you've put your body in shock. I've finished my first day of the third week and I'm excited to lose again! smile.gif
