So this is a slightly personal question but I know before I started losing weight I avoided all social situations and declined all offers for a date because of my lack of self confidence/esteem...I know that since I've started losing weight I've started going out more and going on dates....I also love how I'm able to talk a guy out of dinner and a movie (mainly because of my lack of ability to eat restaurant food since I am on JC and don't want to risk gaining back any weight) I've found dates are more fun when you go to an amusement park, museum, etc......
Does anyone else have newfound confidence since starting JC that they're excited about?

Ohh heck yes sister. I've noticed the same thing and I LOVE IT! Also I haven't had a potential date yet balk at the idea of a bike ride, hike, or rock-gym date in lieu of dinner and a movie. Most of them have seemed excited at the idea of a 'creative' date! I think I'm learning how to be a serial dater and I really like it! Spent so much time hating myself and feeling like I had to 'settle' for anything that looked twice at me, now I get to be as picky as I want to be! BOOYA.

Way to go Kim! I just talked a guy out of dinner and a movie to hiking and then paddle boating...this one should be interesting! I love serial dating too and I love that I'm ok being myself and not feeling the need to have a man to "complete" me (although when I find one he might be a nice addition to me!)!!
