Well, I guess I am not officially a teen anymore but I am only 20 so I know how you feel. I always felt like I was the only one with a weight issue too. My friends could eat McDonalds and when I did... well lets just say a couple years of that got me here

Im 15 too! and i agree with you. Me and my best friend used to be closer in weight but then I gained about 30 pounds from the hardest year of my life. I havent had the courage to tell her or anyone about me being on Jenny, my family knows but thats it. Does your friend know?

I'm 17 and also from Texas...and I totally understand what you mean. I am really self consious about my weight like I even get nervous going to the gym. But you just have to remember that im trying to lose weight and that im probably never gunna se those people again unless there at the gym the same time I am or something like that so it really doesnt matter that they think. And its really hard sometime to think that but it helps alot. And its really not the appearence that matters its how you treat other and how you act. you know. and that ur happy. so forget all those skinny people that make u feel unconfertable around them. just be happy with ur self.

I am 19. just get started on this program. my goal is to lose 30 pounds.
it sucks that i cant tell my parents about it cause they wont be supportive( food being frozen and can be kept for so long. )
I put the food and verything in my friend's home and take whatever needed everyday. tsk
how long did it take u to lose 20?
you are doing great! keep it up!

i have never wanted to talk about it with anyone UNTIL i joined jenny. now it is so easy for me to talk to my friends and family about, and even the people who bring me down dont seem to bother me as much anymore bc i know i am doing an awesome thing for myself. i have lost 26lbs and have a long way to go but i know i am headed in the right direction.
keep up the good work!
