YES!!!!
I wondered if all the "gas" was from some supplements I was taking; but then I stopped taking them but the "gas" remained.
I am glad to see I am not the only one wondering about this. I have NEVER been a "gassy" person before.

Inulin-containing foods can be rather gassy, in particular, for those unaccustomed to inulin, and these foods should be consumed in moderation at first. However, inulin is a natural fiber. It is not a chemical or synthetic.
My JC Center was able to provide me with a list of foods that contain Inulin; ~35 items. Once of which are the Peanut Butter Chocolate Anytime bars!
They say that the flatulence can be decreased by drinking water. It never worked for me.
I am trying to create a JC menu for myself that avoids too many inulin items per week. Evidently, our systems are not used to Inulin, and it's best to incorporate it into your system little-by-little.
Google Inulin and you can learn about it.

Increase your water too. There are ~35 JC food products that contain a new ingredient called Inulin. Ask your Center for a copy of those products and see if you can substitute some of the items.
Evidently, Beeno, has been helpful for some. Others can hardly remain in public, at the office or around their families. This most definitley is an issue.

I recently found information that says that green beans and spinach are about the only non-gassy vegetables and that grapes and cherries are the only non-gassy fruits. So no more broccoli, etc. I'm also going to cut out the JC products that have soy protein and beans/lentils. Hopefully that will help. I'm also going to check ou the ingredient Inulin.
Any suggestions??
