YES !! The stinkiest flatulence ever !!! And a ton of it !! If you read the labels on the Jenny foods, there are many additives unpronouncable, makes you go hmmmm?

and all this time i thought it was just me. I was blaming the greens in the salads. but guess it wasn't that.

I think its the veggies as on the weekends, I don't load up on the salad and veggies and don't notice the gassy issue.

I just say its Jenny talking. She has a lot to say some days.
Honestly, I don't do those kind of farts. I've never heard those kinds before nor do mine smell like that. Therefore I will not accept the blame.
I do laugh though...is that bad?

Some, not all the foods do that to me. (Like today's lunch) The Southwest chicken & beans...ay! Caramba! Mucho stinko.
I think it's the fiber. Beans are loaded with fiber.

It is good ammo for the hubby that is how I keep him off me sometimes, I say ooh babe I got the gas." It works he stays clear of me! lol
But is is embarrasing at times. When I was at school and a teacher came in I had just let one rip and it was not right!! I am sure that is why she asked her question and ran out!
I needed this laugh!!

im new to and need a pal, wanta be my friend, lordy be that sounds sad. I just need to talk with someone who may be going thru the smae things as I am, like relearning everything i thought i new, and changing the good/bad idea of foods.
