Getting Married in 51 days...

Hi,

I was on jenny craig on 2001 and lost 85 pounds in 7 months. Eight years after I am back because I need to lose that same amount total. I know that for my wedding day is almost impossible to lose that amount again (too little time!!!) but I want to lose as much as possible. I been a week in the program and already lost 9.7 pound and this motivates me a lot!!! But how long my motivation will last? People I really need encouragement cause I don't want to let the diet go!!! One of the things that worries me the most are my wedding pics, I really would like them to be a nice memory not a horror album.

Hey! I know how you feel, trust me. I have 181 days to go. Stay positive though! You did so well on the program before that I'm sure you'll do great on it. Maybe try to go for a 30 minute walk during lunch breaks from work or some other excerise. It will defintely speed up your weight loss and tone you up too! Good luck!

Week 4: +0.1 lbs. (on vaca for 3 days so not too shabby!! Also lost 2 inches)
Week 5: -1.8 lbs.
Week 6: -1.9 lbs.
Week 7: -0.7 lbs.
Week 8: -0.8 lbs (Lost 6 inches!!!)
Week 9: -0.5 lbs
Week 10: -0.6 lbs
Week 11: -0.1 lbs
Week 12: +0.8 lbs
Week 13: -2.1 lbs
