I created this in excel to help me plan my menus. Anyone else who would like to can use it also. I use the first tab to plan my weekly menu, then the second tab to print it out and take to my JCC.

If you add new foods, click on the sort button when you are done. For some reason the VLookup that adds price and add ons won't work unless the list is sorted. I buy my own vitamins and thus don't use the anytime bars or multiplus. Let me know what you think.

Update: The attach a file option is gone from the posts. I have an updated spreadsheet, but I can't attach it. I've tried finding a free website service, but Yahoo and Freeweb won't let me upload excel files. Does anyone know of a free webpage that lets you upload excel files? Then I can include the link here to share with everyone.

Thank you for the suggestions, here is the link to the
Updated Menu Planner:

I love it, thanks! I see that some of the prices are different where I am so I can change those but all the calculations are working out. This is great, thanks for sharing, I know there's a lot of time and effort put into this.

Lisah, Thank you!! You spent a lot of time on this. I wanted to do the same thing, but I am not as talented as you are! It is much more friendly than the one on the JC Site. I had my menu all ready in about 3 minutes!

You rock girl!
goal #1 to be at 170 by 7/21, then I will tackle the rest

I have spent a lot of time traveling for my job the past 6 months and this was something to keep me busy at night in the hotel room instead of watching TV and ordering room service.

I start a new job March 3 and NO MORE TRAVELING!!!! So I finished this just in time. It has some quirks, but it's better than nothing at the moment.

Any feedback or problems you find, let me know and I fine tune this as we go.

Thanks so much for this menu. Your great. This is soooo much better than trying to do my own (since I am unable to even get into the menu plannner and all of my info has been lost anyway) At least now I can start over and same them to my computer. I may just stay with the program after all. Thanks.

Lisa - Thanks so much for sharing. This is totally awesome and JC should hire you to do their menu planner! This is incredibly user friendly and very easy to read.

Thank you!

This is the BEST! I used it to order this week.

I cannot seem to get it to save to my computer though. Anyone have a suggestion?

I think the prices went up a bit. In your updates you talk of, could you update the prices too? My center is a bit tight-lipped about them, and its handy for me to know them when I plan my week.

Thanks!

This is fabulous, Lisah! I asked for a price sheet from my center and updated the pricing, plus added some of the new seasonal items. I had not been paying attention to the price of my food, this will help me make a few lower price choices, mainly for the breakfast items. (Although, I do love my $4.29 sunshine sandwich!)

The new quesadilla coming out is going to be $6.39 at my center. Of course, I look forward to trying it, but maybe now I will not get something like that as often.

Thanks again, you did an amazing job on this.
